Master Cattleman Program - 2025 - Thursdays - Janaury 8th through February 12th
- Location varies with weekly sessionThe Buffalo Trace Area Extension Agents from the University of Kentucky will offer the Master Cattlemen Program in 2025. The minimum number of producers to conduct the program is 25 and the maximum is 50. The Registration Fee is $100 per person or $125 per couple to cover the meal and handout materials at each meeting.
Dates for the weekly program are January 8th through February 12th. All six of the three-hour sessions will be held on Thursday nights from 6-9 pm. These sessions will be rotated among the five participating counties of Bracken, Fleming, Lewis, Mason, and Robertson.
All educational sessions will be taught by University of Kentucky Extension Specialists. Topics include genetics, marketing & profitability, herd health, nutrition, reproduction & records, and facilities & winter feeding.

Private Pesticide Applicator Trainings
- Fleming County Extension OfficeIf your Private Pesticide Applicator Certificate is expired, hurry to sign up for one of these three sessions: January 27th @ 8-11am; February 26th @ 5-8pm; or March 20th @ 11am-2pm. The deadlines to register are strict and class cancellations of dates are possible.
